「Room was clean and staff was friendly Air conditioner didn't have any problems with and breakfast was good」

「The facility was clean and the service was good.」

「Firstly, there is a 139 dollar resort fee which I was not informed of. I ordered room service 2 of the items did not arrive. I went down to politely ask for our missing items. I was told to calm down, and sit down. The staff was treating me that I was speaking another language finally the manager came and told us he would refund the order. This never happened. Also our tv in our room wasn’t working. I tried calling reception multiple times but no one ever answered. I would like to receive my 139...

「Amplia habilitación, limpio」

「Our room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The breakfast and airport shuttle were great. I would definitely stay again!」

「I was a bit thrown off by how many State Troopers stay at this hotel but I did feel a bit safer. The staff is absolutely wonderful from the first interaction you have with them at the front desk, very helpful and just the nicest people around. We have stayed at Drury Inns before but never had the time for the kickback, which was great I highly recommend you find the time before you go out and explore Austin. One thing I will say, location is very important and this place is very close to...

「This was my second stay and it was just as amazing as the first, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Common spaces and the room itself was very clean and super comfy. I will absolutely continue to choose this hotel anytime I come through Austin.」
