"The pool situation was not great. They closed it due to wind when the surrounding hotels were open which was a disappointment. However the worst part was the parking situation. It claims to have 24 hour parking for a flat fee and you are score to come and go as you please however I was charged every time we left the Strat self parking ramp. I talked with the staff and they informed me their ramp was out of their control and sold to a3rd party entity. I then called the number at the parking ramp and they told me I needed to respond to a text confirmation and make a special selection regarding my preference for 24 hour parking. Felt like a hustle/cash grab. Very disappointing."

"The airport shuttle and the rent car facility was great to work with very easy to pick up and return. The hotel is nice with lots of amenities however everything is very expensive even the coffee!! We had to leave the hotel for more affordable food options. Our biggest issue was with the guests next to us on Friday and Saturday night. They were a bit out of control & unruly and showed no respect for those around them or the rooms they next to. After several phone calls and a trip to the manager, they waived my resort fee for those two nights. Our room was on the 21 floor in the Mara tower facing the mountains and it was noisy. The guys working vallet were awesome!! Very friendly, professional and great customer service! "
