"Rooms were very clean check in and check outs went without hassle staff was very helpful getting me situated on my arrival the shuttle staff was also very helpful and patient to and from Disneyland"

"The hotel is fine, could use more stores for shopping, but otherwise decent stay. The location isn’t great. I would prefer to be closer to the main strip in the future. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy and not much to do within a 10 minute walk."

"I love Excalibur however the customer service is really disappeared. There is no front desk staff anymore and it's very difficult to get service in the casino. There is a horrible sewer smell at the doors for the pool and main floor rooms plus wifi is rarely available in the room."

"I stayed for one night, everything was fine. Had breakfast the next morning which as good. I used their valet service to park. The ceiling in the underground parking is a little low so I couldn't open my rear hatch door on my Model X all the way. Other than that, I'm planning on staying there again this Nov."
