"The room waa very clean and nice. The food at Pyramid cafe was awesome and the Luxor steak house had some of the best steak I have ever had. The spa was amazing! Service at one of the bars was rough... female bar tender was kind of rude. Some of the dealers lack enthusiasm and were just bad vibes at the roulette tables.. other than that the stay was awesome. "

"This property had a much younger (think college age) vibe. it was very loud and just felt lower budget. The pool is 21 and over and was very loud. We went to the Flamingo family pool instead. I liked the coffee place and Chayo Mexican but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. I am in my 50's and like to have fun, I would have preferred a bit more upscale. We took my mom to the Eagles this weekend and that was great."

"Waited for an hour to get checked in as mobile check-in also didnt worked. Bathroom was not clean, found hair in bath tub. Bedsheets were not clean enough. Floor is not cleaner as it looks in Pictures of the hotel."
