「The Outside doesn't look so nice, this is the first view! But if you meet the Girls by your Check-in, the are so friendly, you see your Room, nice and clean! You can walk in 5 minuets to the Lake Balaton, to visit the Beach, find a good spot to eat and much more. Also the Breakfirst was good, and the parking spot is direkt in front of the Hotel. I would like to Recommend it ! 」

「５つ星ホテルということで予約したが、なぜこのホテルが５つ星なのか疑う。ホテルの雰囲気も暗い、チェックインもフロントに一人しかいないので待たされ、レストランの従業員も態度が悪い。ジンジャエールを頼んだが「ない」と言われ、メニューを確認したらちゃんとあるので指摘した所、嫌な顔をして渋々持って来た。意味がわからない！ハンガリーのサービスは悪いというが５つ星ホテルでもこの程度かとガッカリした。ホテル周辺は静かで散歩するにはいい所。ヘーヴィーズ湖まで徒歩15〜20分くらい。ホテルのスパに日本の温泉のような白濁した硫黄の湯がありなんとなく落ち着けた。」

「The hotel exceeded our expectations, our room was clean, comfortable and had a lake view. The staff was kind and professional, especially Georgina, who helped us find an excellent room after the first one they assigned us only had a partial view of Lake Balaton. The SPA was also great, but what really impressed us was the abundance of varied, special and delicious foods. I would rank the culinary experience, what we had in the hotel into the top five out of the hundreds of hotels we have stayed...

The moment I put down my suitcase, I felt an unexplainable sense of peace, different from any of my previous travels. And the breakfast—what a delight!...

「部屋はコンドミニアムで広く、ベランダにテーブル・椅子もあり、良い。Hevis温泉までは徒歩２０分くらいなので歩いて行ける。近くにお店がなく（ホテル内にあったかも？）買い出しに車で片道３ｋｍ程掛かった。」
