「The cottage was spotless and very well appointed. Especially the kitchen: came supplied with both pod and drip coffeemakers - and coffee along with some other staples. Communication with the owners was clear and timely. While the property lot runs down to the sea at Western Shore, the cottage was not truly "ocean front". It is set back from the ocean a bit but we could sit right beside the sea. Lovely!」

「Sandra and Bill are fantastic hosts, who have built and outfitted this tiny home with such thoughtfulness and intention, that it was very difficult to bid it goodbye. 「We would definitely choose this place again if we stay in Mahone Bay again. It was very clean, well kept and adorable. Kitchen was fully functional. Small, but perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway, or a couple with a small child. My only slightly negative comment is that the bed is a queen, not a king, and the listing does not specify the size of bed. But that's just a very minor point and I would still stay here again.」

「Great weekend with friends. Frank & Val pull out all the stops for their guests. This is by far the best place for anyone with allergies to scented products. The cottage is supplied with everything you need and all scent free. The kitchen is a dream, well-stocked and spacious. The deck and fire pit area were an added bonus. 「IF you want something private and beautiful this is the place. It is off the beaten path but well worth it. Getting to see deer every day was amazing. You can even roll down your window and talk to the them. It was exactly the peace we needed. The view is breathtaking.」
