「We arrived around noon, while checking in was only after 3pm. We were immediately informed by the very nice lady at the reception that , for early check in, we have to pay extra 30% from the room night value (already paid) ….usually in other more “customer friendly “ hotels, if you arrive early and there is a room ready, you get it without any additional payment.
