「I loved the mother in law unit with supplied kitchen, microwave, frig., etc, etc. The host is vary gracious and friendly. A quiet stay is why I really like it.」

「The property view was beautiful. Pelicans, herons and the rocks in the bay as well as sea lions. It was gorgeous The condo was nice and well kept. However, there are a few things I have to mention to prospective renters. First, they need to buy a screen door. The condo faces the sun. They do not have AC. Instead there is an old fan falling apart next to the door and it’s necessary to leave the door open to let air flow in as it gets really hot, even in October ! They also need to spring for...

「Beach view was amazing! Perfect location to shops and restaurants! Loved it!」

「These are rooms right off beach (short walk) on sand to ocean front. Directly infront of the twin rocks. Large king bed, nice hot shower, full kitchen with Roku TV and 2 chairs to watch sunThey have large chairs to sit around fire」

「The view was spectacular! The experience with Expedia was awful. Thank goodness I was able to communicate with the owner. The unit is very small but, clean & neat.」

「The condo itself was in very good condition. It was tastefully decorated and updated. The view from the living room and kitchen were excellent and close proximity to the beach. The price for the condo was reasonable. It was the cleaning fees for one night or a bit excessive.I think it should be noted that the elevator is no longer work. This was not a problem for us.We would stay there again and we do recommend it」

「The value is good, but the room needs some upgrades. The 4 table chair’s upholstery was peeling, the table is very scratched, and other little updates are needed. The fireplace was broken or turned off. A great view, cozy for two, easy check in and checkout.」

「The only thing I would warn future guests is the property is older. If your like most of us and your life is controlled by electronics plan to unplug and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the calming ocean. The condo isnt fitted like a updated hotel with usb outlet lamps by your bed side. That being said, we spent most of the time on the balcony if not on the beach. The condo is centrally located with lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. We plan to make it a annual visit to spend...

「Great location!」

「Perfect condo for our vacation. The host was very responsive and accomodative, fast WiFi. The condo was exceptionally clean with comfortable beds, making for a perfect stay. Right on the beach, walkable to shops and restaurants.」
