We had a little mishap getting in, but it was quickly worked out with John. Bonus was we got to bring our dog Finn really enjoyed all the smells around the property. We are sad. 「We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...

「The location was perfect, just a few minutes to various Sunday River lifts and the house is brand new. We loved curling up in front of the gas fireplace at night and also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and fire pit. The host was quick to respond to any questions and we would definitely come back. 」

Beds were comfy, hot tub was ready for us and clean, and the kitchen and sitting area were generous and beautiful. I say it was cozy but the A-frame ceiling is high and gorgeous, but somehow still cozy! Loved the place and Dave and Kim were a pleasure to work with - plenty of communication and they were available for any issues, but we had none. Highly recommended!」

「Jill was VERY accommodating and responsive to our group. The house was spacious and cozy. Plenty of bedroom space. Beds we're very comfortable. Fireplace is beautiful and kitchen is well stocked. It is a 5-7 minute downhill walk to access the slopes. The only thing we would have appreciated would have been a few more towels. We had one hand towel for each bathroom and one towel per guest. It would have been nice to have a separate face/hand towel for each guest. 」
