"Located a short walk to about anything downtown. Our host Jada was extremely helpful and accommodating. She gave wonderful recommendations on places to take my wife for our anniversary dinner. The House is a bit older but very clean and updated with about everything you need provided. Shampoo, coffee, cereal, stocked kitchen, and even wine for a fair charge that we ended up enjoying. My only negative is the living room curtains don’t provide much privacy at night (all the other rooms are fine),...

"The people were proactive and offered us options due to the change in units to the lower floor. Overall the place is in a good location and was clean. It is a first floor unit and wood floors on all levels so the dogs upstairs from the unit did make a decent amount of noise with their nails on the floor. It did quiet at night and was not bearable with some music on. I would stay again at this place. "

"Convenient to visit Hopkinsville downtown but. Very noisy train whistles and traffic noise over night. Not good outside lighting generally. Very clean efficiency unit was original summer porch off kitchen I expect. Drafty but not too bad. Shower could use another curtain. Only a flimsy liner too short. No T P and only one coffee pod. No tea. Minimal effort and trip to close Walmart solves. Cheapest I found so. "
