The rooms were comfortable, but we didn't love how open to the bedroom the bathroom was- not a lot of privacy. Luckily there were some private toilets in the lobby we could use. I would highly recommend this hotel."

Every hotel staff member was super friendly and helpful, and the complimentary valet parking in such a prime location was perfect since the main tourist areas were all within walking distance of the hotel. The interior was cozy and modern, and the cappuccinos in the lobby were perfection. They have custom Le Labo scented products in the rooms and a matching fragrance throughout the lobby that is TO DIE FOR. I will definitely be staying here when I return to Iceland in the future."
