「House was very clean, cute and well organized. Easy check in. Close to stores. Issue was the hot water. There was none in the master bedroom! The hot water in the second bathroom would run out after 2 persons would shower. So yes, unfortunately took cold showers. We had no TV…. Wouldn’t turn on.Front and back yard in need of some TLC.」

「This was a terrific stay we enjoyed everything about it. The condo was clean, cute, well equipped a short walk out the front door to the pool. The complex was near by to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. We ordered groceries from walmart picked up the rental car and then picked up the groceries on the way to the condo. So easy. Karen responded to all my questions within minutes and was so nice to deal with I don't think i would consider staying any place else in Yuma. Thanks Karen」

「Overall it was a great experience Deep in the heart of Dolan. Quiet neighborhood and open range for all sorts of animals walking in the night. A little surprised where the washer and dryer was located on site, but the add did come through and said washer and dryer was one of the amenities. It was a unique experience for that. It was one of a kind and all the promised amenities dod come through. The was quick to reply through VRBO. 」

「We stayed one night with teens and enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean, smells fresh, and we had good communication with the host. There were plenty of linens and towels. We will stay again if in the area but will remember to bring our own shampoo and conditioner.Thank you for being a great host!」

「A bit tired could use a bit of refresh. When I first booked the property the picture showed a walk in shower in on of the bathrooms, not so. I went to Walmart to purchase a tub mat, the tub was very slippery and no grab bars, I’m 78. Overall the property was comfortable and spacious , when family came to visit. The common grounds were well kept , but the pool was not very clean, pool furniture was scarce and the hot tub was nasty, but I’m sure that is an HOA issue .」

「The game table was a hit for everyone. The seating out back in the shade was nice and relaxing after our event! Great price quick responses from host. TV’s easy to operate. Older home but very clean. There is a rooster in the neighborhood who can’t tell time, but the host has a sound machine in both bedrooms and provided ear plugs 😂 Most important for Yuma is the AC works great!!!! Would stay here again for practicality; not fancy but very comfortable (nice beds and pillows).」
