Clean and Accommodating

Great spot away from the busier area of West Yellowstone. It had what my family of five needed to relax at the end of each fay after visiting Yellowstone National Park. It wasnt fancy and the beds werent the comfiest, but had plenty of space, great views, and all the basics we needed.

We loved staying here. It was a perfect size for my family of four. Very clean and had everything we needed. Even provided bear spray to take on hikes. We would recommend staying here to anyone. Bison in the yard was huge bonus!

Excellent for the price

This is not a high-end property, but everything was clean and functional. Extra points for having plenty of seating around the table for everybody (many rentals miss on this key item) and for having loaner cans of bear spray. The unit is in a quiet residential neighborhood, with some nice views of the lake and is an easy drive from West Yellowstone. We saw no bison roaming in the back yard but did enjoy watching a couple of foxes hunting in the tall grass outside the window.

Pleasant stay in a great area

The house was quite spacious for the four of us, with 3 bedrooms. It is situated a few minutes away from the touristy hustle-and-bustle of West Yellowstone. We saw a coyote on the drive in, and a fox in the backyard the first morning! We loved exploring Yellowstone National Park as well as Montana - Big Sky, Bozeman and Hyalite Canyon.

Wonderful!

We cant say enough about how nice the home was. Clean, with everything we needed a short drive from Yellowstone Park. The community is great, right on the lake with off road driving around the corner. Looking forward to going back.

Nice spot away from the busy town.

Its a little jaunt out of town, but worth the drive to get away from the craziness of West Yellowstone. We had plenty of room with family of 5. We didnt spend a lot of daytime in the house, but it would be pretty warm in there. The evenings were cool enough to open windows and sleep well. Also, so nice to have laundry avaliable on site after hiking and 80-90 ' days.

Beautiful surroundings

This is a comfortable, quiet area to stay in. Just 15 minutes from town and 10 minutes to the lake. We loved how calm and serene the area is. The home has all the things that you need to stay. Loved the towels.

Convenient quiet proximity to Yellowstone

This property is 10 minutes away from Yellowstone West entrance. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a view of a lake in the distance. Three bedrooms, back deck, with barbecue grill. This was really convenient, quiet, and nice.

Great place, beware of internet

Great location in a wonderful neighborhood with great neighbors. Bison roam the neighborhood and you will find them just outside your windows and doors in the front and backyard every day. Which is cool, just watch out for the bison droppings lol Has just about everything you need. Not all toiletries were stocked as the listing says. But they were rectified quickly after communicating. If you don't need internet, this is the listing for you. If you need at least normal internet speed that is reliable, this will be a struggle for you as it was for us. You will get 10 mbps or less and the wifi will drop throughout the day and night while you're home resting after exploring.

Million dollar view

The property is located overlooking a beautiful mountain and lake view . The residence has a cabin feel to it and it’s is very relaxing to sit on the back porch and enjoy morning coffee while enjoying the view through the car port ! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the basics are here for a hybrid - cook / dine stay . It was 15 mins to the park entrance and town - west Yellowstone. The complimentary bear spray ( which we didn’t need to use thankfully) was much appreciated . The pictures online don’t do it justice . Recommend .

Happiness at Horse Butte

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The unit was very clean. It was well stocked with everything we might need while on vacation. Communication with the host was timely. We will definitely stay here again. We couldn't be happier with our stay.
