The hotel is part of a KOA. It is in a quiet area outside of town. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Our room was small but clean and comfortable.

My mixed emotions about this place. Loved the area. Staff is super friendly, they have breakfast included, is this area it saves you a few bucks. Rooms are renovated, clean linens, towels with all the essentials. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge. They also have a laundry facility which is super convenient. Entrance to Yellowstone National Park is just minutes away. Lots of beautiful shops at a short drive. Just because it looks separated from the town on the map doesn't mean anything. It literally takes you 6 to 7 minutes to get there. The only negative thing I have to mention about it:(there's nothing anyone can do to change it) This place is loud. We stayed on the first floor, and we could hear the people walking on the hallway, the sound of the water running in other rooms, and the morning and night buzz. It doesn't mean it's the same on the second floor I'm just giving my personal opinion. Now, that doesn't mean we had a bad time as we stayed in this place, it was just worth the mention. There's a small lake only a few minutes away, my husband and I really enjoyed the drive going there. Over all a really nice experience.

Eines der beiden Betten wurde nicht frisch überzogen. Es waren mehrere lange Haare im Bett. Vorzeitiger Check in wurde abgelehnt. Eher pampige Reaktion bei Rückfragen. Zimmer sonst neu renoviert und ordentlich.

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Man bekommt immer mit wenn im Zimmer daneben und darüber die Toilette und die Dusche benutzt wird. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und der Frühstücksraum viel zu klein. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr klein. Einzig die Dusche funktionierte super. Fazit: Für einen Besuch im Yellowstone National Park ist es zwar 8 Meilen vom West-Eingang entfernt, aber dafür noch bezahlbar. Wir waren 3 Nächte hier. Im Großen und Ganzen ok für den Parkbesuch wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat.

Nice place, simple rooms, but were good for what we needed. Breakfast options were also good for what we needed. Staff was excellent, everyone was friendly and helpful in any way we asked.

Beautiful setting, wonderful staff and very clean hotel. Rooms next to you are not very sound proof. Hotel does have a quiet time policy and so noise was never an issue for us. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Very quiet and comfortable. Little ways from West Entrance but was easy drive and in less than 10 min you were in town. Recommend it highly.

Everything is great. Only issue was there is almost nothing around the property (One general store and one pizza restaurant for campers). It took 10-15 minutes to go to town for dinning.

Check-in was slow. I had called in to have the keys ready for the group.But each key had to be signed and paid separately. Also, the breakfast was weak and when I needed to throw out trash from my car, they told me to go all the way around the hotel to the trash bin, which was locked, which was not good. Customer service. would recommend 3 bear lodge. Which rooms are not as nice but breakfast buffet is amazing.

We had a bad experience with the bathroom condition. The tub was not draining properly and the water during shower and after shower wouldn't drain on its own. We had to press the knob of the drain till the water drained out which was taking a long time. We requested maintenance but the front desk didn't bother to fix the problem. As the tub was remaining dirty due to this issue we requested housekeeping but still they didn't bother. They said there was only one housekeeping person. Inspire of paying high rate we had to deal with a broken and dirty bathroom during our 4 day stay. I asked for the manager but the front desk said it was too late at night and she would inform the manager next day. But the manager didn't bother to call. I travel a lot but have rarely come across this kind of attitude towards customer. Very poor service.

It was terrible. When we first got there we asked for rooms close to each other and was asked if we booked through a 3rd party. When we said yes she said well that’s why and we can’t do that for you. We have always booked those Expedia and have never had a problem before. They put us on separate floors at the opposite ends of the building. She said you don’t need to be in your room anyway you can just sit outside together. She was incredibly rude. We checked out a day early because we could not stay there any longer. When I asked for a refund for the second night I was told that I needed to ask Expedia as they could do nothing for me. I have never been treated so rudely. I even got a call the next morning and when I said I was treated rudely I didn’t even have to give a name because the manager knew who I was talking about. Anyway needless to say will not be staying there again!!
