Cozy, clean, comfortable rooms with thoughtful amenities. Walking distance to food and shopping.

We were very happy with our stay. The bed was comfortable and the bath was better designed than most hotels that we’ve stayed at. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Minutes to Yellowstone Park Gate. Fellow guests were friendly and quiet. We would stay here again.

Not a Great Stay

When we checked in on 6-10 21 we couldn't get the tv to work. They have around a 46" tv in the room with a DTV remote. I called the # on my e-mail and the lady said that they are changing to smart tv's. So i told her to get me the remote for the tv as i have a smart tv at home. Needless to say the tv never worked. The women on the phone said that they did not advertise tv for the room. I made my reservation in Feb. of 2021 and am sure it said tv was included then. I finally had to download tv on my laptop for the last three days. Then i asked about the ice machine and she said it didn't work either and that they had not advertised ice either. There was an ice bucket in the room as well as a 46' tv that didn't work. There was no maid service for the week we stayed i had to try to get wash cloths almost everyday for us to take showers at night. The only people on property were two latino workers who washed laundry on site. only one could speak english. The only good thing about the room was the bed was pretty comfortable. We had to buy ice every day and watch tv on a 15' laptop. The park was beautiful but for what we paid for the room i wouldn't stay there again

Property wasn’t what I expected. It was clean and centrally located but older and much nicer looking on the website. We weren’t there long so it provided us with what we needed.

Advantage was proximity to park entrance. However, very few amenities and very small room for the price. More like a hotel room without any service.

Small, Easy.

Thought I was getting a small cabin place but it was a motel room. No complaints, just very small with not much room to put things. Room was clean, not a bad spot in relation to everything in town. Check in and out was very easy.

Great cozy cabin in a perfect area for walking to attractions.

We wanted a nice, clean, up to date, no frills place to stay for our time at West Yellowstone and this was just it. Very nice property and room, safe, secure, parking in front of cabin. Can walk to pretty much every amenity in West Yellowstone including food, shops, bars and more! Would stay here again. Also located just blocks from the front gate of Yellowstone park (West Gate)
