Be sure you know which Sandman you are staying at, there are two close together and the shuttle is the same for them both. The check-in was easy. The room quiet and comfortable. "The hotel was disappointing. The room was dirty, with dust everywhere. The air conditioner is old and very noisy. The standard room is extremely small — there’s not even enough space to open a suitcase comfortably. The staff were not friendly or helpful. At the front desk, they did not provide clear information. There was also an incident where a staff member tried to enter a full elevator with a cart and became upset when there was no space. Overall, the stay was not comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel. "
