"Love the pineapple theme! Staff were friendly and helpful. Love the game room downstairs and the convenient healthier Chinese take out food attached to the hotel. Plenty of street parking (free after 8pm) or can park in hotel parking (for fee). Love the afternoon cookies and the free refillable water bottle and drinks coupon on checkin (includes alcoholic options). Location was convenient. Walkable to space needle and Pike place. Restaurants nearby. Would stay again. Room was cozy but clean. A bit of street noise and train rumbling; but that didn’t bother my family too much (including the 3yo)."

"The view from the Space Needle room is outstanding. The Space Needle was completely visible, and at night, it is illuminated. The king sized bed was comfortable. The room also has a small refrigerator and a powerful microwave oven. Between the two, eating in is easy. The bathroom was also exceptional. A large shower area closed off by glass doors, with an extra large shower head. The water pressure was excellent, and getting very hot water was not an issue. Our stay was also quiet - no unwanted or intrusive noises disturbed our single night there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the whole, it was a great place to stay."

"We arrived early and used the luggage storage service and parking. Staff were great and took care of everything. Parking for check in can be a little tricky if there are multiple people arriving at the same time. But, we didn’t have any issues. Although you must pay additional for parking, you are in downtown Seattle and you could pay much more on your own. Area does have some homeless issues, but so does any area of Seattle. But, the doors are locked at night with on site security checking for any issues. Overall the hotel is very clean and is in very good condition. Bed was comfortable, shower was warm, and everything is in walking distance. I will stay here again if traveling to Seattle."
