"Very drafty and cold inside the rooms in the winter, but staff was great about it and lent me a space heater! Thank you! Loved the nostalgia and beautiful property and overall just amazing. The bar and coffee shop being right downstairs was awesome too! i will be coming back… with thicker pajamas lol."

"Booked a room because of description of view from rooms. NO view available for us. Did have Riverwalk access, which was a plus. Teller’s bar had an amazing quesadilla and a Lava cake to die for. I’d go back just for that. It was comfortable and convenient. Breakfast included was typical hotel breakfast. No parking available. Had to valet for additional fee"

"I didn’t like Monday you had a lunch at the pool for a meeting and they put tables up in the only place for Sun. I was unable to lie out. Also I was thirsty w no water. Did not know to scan the newsletter to get room service information and did not think to call the front desk. I did not like my balcony was so close to the street. It was very loud. I payed that much money because of the balcony overlooking the riverwalk. So I was dissatisfied with that. Loved the location of the hotel and the easy access to Everything. Everyone was very nice. "
