"We stayed here this past weekend for a family trip including a toddler. We booked two suites next to each other. Overall the experience was good- it was very convenient to be on the riverwalk especially with a toddler. Everything we wanted to see was walking distance apart from Sea World. The car request process was simple and easy although it does take a bit of time so be prepared to be patient or request your car at least 20 minutes before you plan to be downstairs. The food was subpar but the drinks were a good perk. There was no where to sit especially for the evening food and drinks time. The building is beautiful as it was a bank in the 1920s. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had hot water. We were able to get our rooms earlier than the check in time so that was much appreciated."
