"We arrived for our check in and the room was open. The door was unlocked… this is concerning as it was on the other side of the property. While we were unpacking a staff member used their master key and just walked in. Asked us a bunch of questions like who were we and why were we there? Then left only to come in again with the master key to educate us on how to use the deadbolt. Hot water was pretty weak and the bathroom was a tiny cell. This all in their “ocean view suite “ Finally, the wallpaper was torn, the room was outdated and the lamp didn’t work. When we brought it to the front desk attention their response was to give us 15% off our next visit if we call ahead. "

"I’d stay again. Our room was updated although if you’re a light sleeper you can hear the other rooms and hallway. Ocean view, nice room and comfortable beds and reasonably priced "

"Great place to stay if traveling alone or with family. Close enough for shopping, ordering food or going out to eat. Parking at hotel , nice size pool & hot tub and breakfast included. "

"The accommodations were very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The deck view exceptional. The unit was as described. It's a unique little dwelling that we really enjoyed. The art work is lovely, the robes soft, the bedding beautiful. Michelle was great at communicating with us. We'll be back!"

"Bed was comfortable and the floors seemed cleaned. I used to always go to this hotel many many years ago and it was so pristine and tidy. This time it kind of has a hostel vibe. This once beautiful boutique hotel is looking pretty rough and will not be going back. Such a shame because it right across from the water and in such a beautiful spot. My room was right beside a fire door that kept on opening and closing - which felt like all night - so quite noisy. .got underground parking which was nice. The free breakfast that was served look nice - but I didn't eat anything. Check in and check out was uneventful. "
