「Subject: Request for a Full Refund Due to Hotel Service Failures
We were very excited about our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience and were forced to cancel our stay because the hotel was not properly operating.
Here is what happened:
1. Serious staff shortage and delayed check-in
I had already completed the early check-in online. The website said we only needed to pick up our room key when we arrived.
However, when we arrived, there was a very long...

「We had a lovely one-night stay here on our way back to New York from the Catskills. The room was modern and spacious, and the hotel offers free parking and a heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved.
The staff were friendly, and breakfast was good too. Overall, a really enjoyable and convenient stay. Would happily recommend!」

「This was my second stay at the property. Unlike my previous stay, the room was rather dark, and the bathroom was tiny. Although it was fine the first time, I recommend requesting an upstairs unit to avoid noise from people walking around.」
