"Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!"

Top West Panama City Beach Hotel Reviews

Gulf-front luxury with infinity pool, direct beach access, game room, & elevator

8/10 Good

"The Sandcastle accommodated our large group effortlessly. The beach front location was amazing and provided ease when going to and from the beach. The included 8 beach chair and 4 umbrella beach service was fantastic. The only thing this place could do to improve is have cushioned patio furniture on the upper decks for extra comfortable patio lounging. We had a fantastic stay!"

Rosemary Beach. 4BR beach cottage with private pool, in Rosemary Beach.

10/10 Excellent

"We were extremely happy with this property and will be returning next year about the same time! The host’s were readily available to talk! This was a very clean house! The pool was awesome! We were VERY HAPPY! Thank you!"

LAST MIN SPECIALS, 5 Bedrms, 4.5 Bath, private pool, Ocean View, Steps to Beach

10/10 Excellent

"After a week of reflection-Check in and communication gets 5 stars. We didn't feel any issue was with disruption on either end. This home is beautiful. It has such good bones. No beach view. There were 12 of us. 8 adults, 4 kids ages 14-17. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy comfortably. Each bedroom having a bathroom was perfect! We felt that the rooms were spacious & very well laid out. Ample storage in all areas. Living space-everyone was comfortable. Kitchen was usable, but not without some help. Purchased a griddle, ceramic pan, large bowls, & some dish rags because that is what we needed to be functional. Left all in the home. Advice...The pool- Needs a new pump. When the pump worked, 2 days of 7, it was fantastic. We did our part in trying to keep it free of debris.Plumbing-needs a lot of attention. Very slow drainage & running toilets. The yard-needs a lot of attention. Towels & wash clothes-accommodates up to 16 individuals. There should be 16 towels & wash clothes. We didn't have 12 of either.Cleanliness-I cleaned our first evening there. As a professional cleaner, I would suggest ensuring the company cleaning, does their job. There was a lot of dust on shelves & window sills, dirt & sand on the floors, dirty walls & cabinets, etc. I wiped down all kitchen cabinets. I expected a much cleaner house for a 450 cleaning fee.A little paint can do so much! Do touchups. All that said, we enjoyed our stay, & would book again."

Gulf Views-Rosemary Beach Carriage House-2 Bikes

10/10 Excellent

"This property was great, as long as you understand what you are getting! What it lacks in space (and a little privacy) it makes up for with the proximity to the beach and everything in Rosemary. We walked or biked to everything. The only time we had to drive was going to Publix, which is 2 miles away. Having the card to get to the beach was a little annoying because someone would forget at least once a day, but that's a Rosemary thing, not a knock on the property. We would 100% stay here again."
