The space

Ideally located close to downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Island where you can enjoy one of the most pristine beaches in Palm Beach County. Relax by your private salt pool or explore the area’s vibrant attractions, from museums, cafés, water activities, upscale dining, and lots of shopping. Hop on the Brightline for a quick and scenic ride to Orlando and enjoy the magic of Disney World and other world-class attractions. The neighborhood:
Our property is located In West Palm Beach about 1.5 miles from downtown in a neighborhood that is currently undergoing revitalization. As such, you may see elements that reflect an urban environment in transition and some construction.

This community has deep cultural roots and a strong local identity. While the neighborhood may appear rough around the edges to some, many guests appreciate the authenticity and vibrancy of the area.

We welcome open-minded guests who are comfortable in diverse, inner-city environments and can respect the local community for what it is. If you're seeking a more polished or suburban setting, this may not be the best fit for you.

The House:
The bedrooms:
The house offers 4 bedrooms!

Bedroom 1: Offers a twin-size bed with a small nightstand and a view to the garden area.

Bedroom 2: The master bedroom has a King size bed, a 5ft mirror, a dresser, and a spacious closet with plenty of space for your luggage and clothes. The room also has its own private full-size bathroom with a tub.

Bedroom 3: Offers 2 twin beds a nightstand and closet

Bedroom 4: Offers a queen size bed and a dresser.
There is a second full size bathroom with tub next to bedroom # 4

The Bathrooms:
The property offers 2 Full-size bathrooms with tub, we offer shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothpaste, hand towels, face towels, bath towels.

The Living Room Area:
Boho/Coastal Livingroom nicely decorated, has a 55-inch TV equipped with Netflix and other Roku channels in addition to local channels. A TV center and games for fun family game nights for all our guests to share and enjoy.

The Dining room:
We have two separate eating areas. One will be by the living room area; there you will see a dinner table setup to comfortable sit 6 and in the kitchen, there is another setup for another 4 guests.

The Kitchen:
The Kitchen is fully equipped with flatware, bakeware, pots, pans, plates, cups, mugs, bowls, wine glasses, utensils, salt & pepper, olive oil, kitchen towels, chopping boards, storage containers, and the list goes on. You can cook a small meal or a grand meal very comfortably.

Laundry Area:
You have your own laundry room equipped with a nice large capacity washer and dryer, you will be provided with laundry soap and other cleaning supplies if needed for your stay.

The backyard:
Step into your private yard behind the house, featuring a beautiful sparkling pool. The pool area is perfect for taking in the Florida sun, with ample seating for lounging or dining alfresco. Whether you want to take a refreshing swim, or enjoy a cozy evening under the stars, this backyard offers the ideal setting for some sun and fun.

***Please note we do not offer a lifeguard, so you are swimming at your own risk. If you are traveling with pets or children, please make sure to never leave them unattended by the pool area***

There is a hose outside that you can use to rinse off the beach sand off your body and off the beach gear we offer for your use, which includes beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels.

The Parking area:
You will have your own private parking in the driveway with a closed gate, maximum 2 cars.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house, yard, and parking area.
Other things to note
If you are traveling with pets or children, please make sure to never leave them unattended by the pool area, we do not have a pool safety fence.

We are located in West Palm Beach close to downtown, this is a big city with constant growth, transitions, traffic and activity. While the surrounding neighborhood is undergoing transition, may not have the latest updates, or might not seem pleasant to some, it remains a safe and welcoming community.

You will encounter some temporary noise of construction during the day for 3 apartments buildings that are being built next to us.
