The layout is perfect for a large family that wants to spread out, cook-out, layout and just relax. The pool area offers sunning chairs, a conversation area lit by globe string lights at night and a hammock to swing in under the stars. The community offers a free trolley ride to downtown if you chose or use one of our complimentary bikes to pop over to Palm Beach Island. Please note, this is a historic home built in the 1940's. It is a restored and updated cottage home with a detached 4th bedroom suite. While the home is updated, it offers the charm of a cottage- it's quaint and cozy. Has a beach-vibe. This is perfect for those who understand and appreciate older homes and wouldn't be for those expecting new construction or modern contemporary design.
