Enjoy your own heated saltwater pool, with sunbeds and umbrellas for leisurely afternoons. Float, swim or simply take a break beside the water.
The hot tub and outdoor cedar sauna offer more ways to unwind, while the outdoor shower provides a convenient rinse after swimming or before returning indoors.
Heating for the pool and hot tub is included throughout your stay. Outdoor water temperatures can vary with the weather.

OUTDOOR YOGA & EXERCISE
Keep your morning routine—or give yourself permission to slow it down. The outdoor yoga area and exercise equipment offer space for stretching and movement without leaving the property.
Afterward, take your coffee to the hammock, settle into the swing seating or enjoy a quiet moment among the tropical surroundings. This is an outdoor wellness area rather than a full indoor fitness center.

OUTDOOR MOVIES & FIREPIT LOUNGE
Make a night at home one of the highlights of your trip. Gather in the backyard lounge, choose a favorite movie and enjoy an evening beneath the palms and string lights.
The cinema uses a guest-assembled portable screen. The projector is stored indoors, already on a stand, and guests move it outside for use. Movies are best enjoyed after dark, weather permitting, with sound kept low in accordance with neighborhood quiet hours.
The firepit lounge is also a destination of its own: a place to sit together, catch up and enjoy the evening, with or without a movie.

PLAY TOGETHER, INDOORS AND OUT
Start a mini-golf challenge, pair up for ping pong or try your hand at bocce and backyard bowling. Cornhole, Connect Four and giant Jenga add more ways to enjoy an afternoon together.
Inside, the 8-foot billiards table, arcade games, shuffleboard and giant wall chess keep the entertainment going.
Three adult bicycles are also available with helmets and locks.

GATHER AROUND THE TABLE
The outdoor dining area seats all 14 guests, making shared meals an easy part of the stay. Enjoy BBQ or griddle cooking, or try pizza night with the grill’s pizza-oven mode and included pizza stone.
Inside, the kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils and baking equipment, along with a waffle maker, air fryer, slow cooker and rice cooker.

PALM & POUR: YOUR SPEAKEASY LOUNGE
Step away from the activity into Palm & Pour, the home’s separate speakeasy-style lounge. A moody palette, textured furnishings and the glowing neon sign create an inviting setting for a slower evening.
Bring your favorite ingredients, use the cocktail-making equipment and settle in for cocktails, mocktails and conversation. It is a place to enjoy each other’s company—not a party venue.

Your coffee-and-tea bar includes a programmable 12-cup coffee maker, a Ninja single-serve machine for pods or grounds with hot and iced coffee options and a milk frother, a Chemex with gooseneck kettle, and a stainless-steel French press.
Tea lovers have a teapot, kettle and 8 tea choices.

The home accommodates up to 14 guests across five bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: One king bed.
Bedroom 2: One king bed.
Bedroom 3: One queen bed.
Bedroom 4: Two double beds.
Bedroom 5 / game room: One queen-over-queen bunk with two queen mattresses.
There are two bathrooms; and an outdoor shower.

A dedicated workstation, a 1 Gbps internet connection, complimentary guest laundry. Actual Wi-Fi speeds vary by device, location and network use.

Other things to note
• Maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.
• For groups larger than 10, an additional fee of $25 per additional guest, per night applies, up to the 14-guest maximum. Please enter your full guest count when booking.
• Bedroom 5 is a private bedroom with a closing door that also serves as the game room. Its queen-over-queen bunk and games share the same space.
• The home has two bathrooms. The Glow-Up Bar provides a separate getting-ready space, and the outdoor shower offers a convenient rinse after swimming.
• Pool and hot tub heating are included. Pool temperature varies with outdoor conditions.
• The outdoor movie screen requires guest assembly. Guests move the projector outdoors for use and return it indoors afterward. Outdoor movies are weather permitting.
• The exercise area is outdoors and includes yoga space and exercise equipment.
• No parties or events, no smoking and no pets.
• Please respect our residential neighborhood and observe the posted quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM)
• This is a peaceful residential community. Heavy bass and outdoor amplified music are not permitted at any time.
• Use the pool and backyard amenities at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
• No glass is allowed in the pool area, and children must be supervised around water at all times.
• This property is located in Palm Beach County. In the event of a declared hurricane warning or mandatory county evacuation order, guests must follow all local directives.
