One of our favorite spaces in the home, The Florida Room is where family and friends naturally come together.

Overlooking the pool and backyard, this spacious, multi-use area has its own kitchen, bar and grill area, dining and lounge spaces, TV, ping pong table and private gym. Share a meal, watch the game while someone grills, play ping pong, get in a workout, or simply relax together.

It’s a space for reunions, meals, games and relaxed evenings, all under one roof.

ROOM TO GATHER AND SPREAD OUT

Whether you’re here with family or friends, enjoying a getaway as a couple, or traveling with your furry friend, the home offers plenty of space to settle in comfortably.

Vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light and an open layout give the home a bright, spacious feel. Four comfortable bedrooms and multiple living and dining areas give everyone room to spread out while still making it easy to spend time together.

The fully equipped main kitchen makes cooking for the group easy. A second living area with a TV and Xbox gives kids or adults another place to relax, play or watch something different.

POOL, HOT TUB AND BACKYARD

Enjoy a swim in the seasonally heated pool, unwind in the 7 person hot tub, or gather around the fire pit in the evening.

The large fenced backyard offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

COMFORTABLE FOR WORK AND LONGER STAYS

Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace with a second monitor make it easy to stay productive. A washer and dryer, plenty of parking and the everyday comforts of home make longer stays or work assignments easier.

When the workday is over, there’s plenty of space to relax without leaving home.

CONVENIENT HOME BASE

Enjoy the privacy and space of a 1.4 acre property without feeling far from everything. Coconut Park is within walking distance, while Sandhill Crane Golf Club, Grassy Waters Preserve and Panther National are just a short drive away. PGA National is about 20 minutes away, with beaches, Wellington’s equestrian venues, restaurants, groceries and shopping all within easy reach.

• Lawn and outdoor maintenance may occasionally occur during daytime hours, weather permitting. Service is typically brief.

• For the safety of guests, neighbors, and the property, fireworks are not permitted at any time.

• Complimentary pool heating is available upon request from Mid-October through April. Please allow up to 48 hours for the pool to warm. During cooler weather, especially when temperatures fall below 60°F, the pool may not reach or maintain the desired temperature.
