Ideal location
We recently stayed at this property for one week and overall had a pleasant experience . The location is fantastic, peaceful and quiet and just a few steps away from the lake. The surroundings are serene and the grounds well maintained. We also appreciated the ample supply of laundry and cleaning products as well as the abundance of bedding and towels. The hot tub was a hit with some of our guests. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. We had access to a well equipped kitchen but the organization of the cupboards was quite haphazard. The water flow in the sink was next to nothing if the shower or laundry machine were being used at the same time.The master bedroom had hardwood flooring and was quite spacious, with a stunning view of the lake. However the mattress was not comfortable and needs to be upgraded. The second bedroom was on the smaller side and carpeted. It has access to a lovely balcony but unfortunately was not accessible to guests. The third bedroom had a double bed and three bunk beds which made the space feel cramped. The mattress topper on top of the double bed kept sliding off. The windows were oddly covered with black cardboard which made the room feel less inviting. This home has a lot of potential, and with a few updates and more attention to detail, it could truly shine. At a price point of over 5000 for a one week stay, expectations are high. I hope the owners consider these suggestions to enhance the guest experience.
