Brand new vacation home! Very close to Purdue, Ross Ade Stadium, Mackey. Arena, and Golf course. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Spacious deck, large fenced back yard and fire pit. Cozy sunroom and smart TVs with Netflix subscription. A cute toddler bed is provided for the young kid in the family. The whole house is newly remodeled. Pets are welcome. Brand new ping pong table and arcade with 14 games in the basement provides the perfect entertainment for everyone! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The first floor has three bedrooms, one full bathroom, kitchen, sunroom, an open space living room with a sleeper futon, a dining area, and a working area.

The basement has one full bathroom, a queen size day bed, plus entertainment options including a ping pong table, a basketball arcade, a full size replica of a PAC-MANIA arcade cabinet comes with 14 BANDAI NAMCO games: PAC-MAN™, PAC-MANIA, GALAGA™, DIG DUG™, GALAXIAN™, PAC-LAND™, SUPER PAC-MAN™, PAC-MAN™PLUS, GALAGA™'88 and MAPPY™.

Easy access: Keypad entry, three small steps at the front door, three bedrooms and one full bathroom on the first floor.

For safety, no more than two kids with a total weight of 150 pounds are allowed to be on the backyard swing at any time. Parent supervision is required and the guests will waive any liability for the host and the owner for any injury that may occur when playing on the swing.

Home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss.

Family vacation

We were in town for a youth bowling tournament. The property was a great location for us, in a quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to where we needed to go. Loved the house - we all really enjoyed the ping pong table and basketball game in the basement! Highly recommend for anyone traveling to this area.

Great Place to Stay

House was very well supplied, extremely clean, great neighborhood and great location. Fenced in yard was a big plus as our dog enjoying running around chasing squirrels and rabbits. The only negative was that there was no wood in the fire pit and grass not recently mowed. No big deal, but it would have added to an already excellent stay. Thanks.

Parents weekend at Purdue

This was our second stay at this property and is quickly becoming our “GO TO” for our trips to Purdue! Walking distance to the campus and super close to the stadium. There is plenty of room to entertain and the basement game room has been a big hit with everyone. This house is super clean and stocked with everything we needed! The host has been excellent whenever we had questions or needed anything! Can’t wait for our next trip to Boiler country!

Purdue college visit

House is in a great location to Purdue campus. We stayed 2 nights of our greater Midwest road trip. We were over half way through our trip, so laundry room on main floor was a nice convenience. My teen boys enjoyed Pac-Man, ping pong, and basketball hoop in the basement. Comfortable furniture in the living room. Plenty of space for our family of 4.

In town for family reunion

Our family has grown to need more space when gathering all together (3 generations now). This property was walkable to the gathering spot (a home 2 blocks north of campus). Checking in and out was easy. Host was responsive to the few questions I had. West Lafayette has regulation of requiring names, emails, phone numbers and relationships to each other.

Wonderful for a family & friends

We all loved this house! It is walking distance to stadium. It is super clean and has everything you need for your family to stay and truly enjoy themselves. The fences in backyard is huge and equipped with outdoor swing, which my 14 year old loved. My friend, Nikki, and I enjoyed sitting on the back porch and enjoying coffee. The downstairs was perfect for our old kids who are at Purdue to play ping pong and shoot hoops and it was great it had a bathroom downstairs for them. Only suggestion would be if you traveling and want to tailgate … bring your projecter and portable screen so you can have a larger TV extra folding chairs & table to enjoy the backyard Great place!!! And the host always responded quickly!
