Luxury Beachfront Penthouse Suite. Approved for short-term rentals.

  • This two-story unit comes with an awesome view of the pool, hot tub and Lake Okanagan, and with 2 master bedrooms, each with an ensuite. The loft offers a custom built-in Murphy Bed. The added skylight allows light to brighten the second level. Island kitchen, granite countertops, gas stove, stainless steel appliances. This top-floor unit is super quiet and includes a private patio with privacy screens on both sides.

    No pets.
    No smoking
    Utilities are all included.

    We have also partnered with a boat rental company and are happy to offer the following boat-related packages with our unit:
    - Boat lift in front of the resort - $750/wk
    - Glastron GT185 7/8-person speed boat - Add $1800/wk

This penthouse condo is well situated and equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. The beds were very comfortable and the en-suite bathrooms were fabulous! David and Catherine were very responsive to any questions we had. Having access to a pool, hot tub, and the beach was fantastic! We will definitely return next time we are in West Kelowna.
