「The house was perfect. We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that had stuff for everyone. Between the pool, fire pit, lake, and beautiful views we had it all! We will be back in 2 years for the same tournament and sincerely hope to stay at the same place. Additionally, the owners are incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. 「Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath. Wish they had a few more dishes and pots and pans considering how many people the house can fit but that’s a small thing. Only other minor complaint would be the water pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom showers is low so be prepared for that. Close to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park if you’re in town for any of those things....

「We had 7 families with 15 siblings. Plenty of space! Love the patios and pool! Definitely worth the money! It’s seriously close to CDP. Maybe 6 minutes max! Matthew was great and easy to get ahold of. Lovely view from the front porch.」

「It was everything we needed! The house was very clean and it looked exactly like it does in the pictures. It is in a quiet area, it was easy to get to and it was close to a lot of attractions. Joe even sent us a list of recommendations for local stores, restaurants, and attractions before our stay. There were nightlights around the whole house and even lights outside which was nice because it did get dark. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. There were even board games...

「We stayed here ten years ago for a family gathering. This time our group of fourteen, my spouse and I, four children and their significant others and four grandchildren easily fit in this very comfortable house. In the ten year interim Gregg made many improvements to make this a great place to gather a large family group.」

「We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!」

「We stayed at the house for 3 days - a reunion of 12 old friends (in every sense!) Our host could not have been more accomodating; the house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we could want. Lovely outdoor space and very spacious indoor space.
