「The place is terrible」

「Loved the spacious 1BR unit, with easy access to the pools and hot tub. Glad there were two pools just outside, as one was out of commission on our last day. Incredible views of Grace Bay Beach and Shark's Reef, and close proximity to Turtle Cove. We walked everywhere and there were three inviting restaurants close by, as well as a convenient breakfast and gelato spot down the 84 stairs to street level. 「This place is amazing! The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped, and just 2 minutes to the most beautiful beach! Ocean view. Pristine white, sandy beach, and crystal clear waters. We were able to walk over a mile without seeing anyone else to the western tip of the island which is a nature preserve. 「Beautiful Resort w/ Some Room for Improvement . There are definitely positives, along with a few things we wish we'd known PROS: • The rooms are clean, housekeeping comes through daily • Nice linens/robes provided, we were very appreciative that they upgraded us to beach-view • Pools are great, especially infinity pool w/amazing view! • Complimentary breakfast is nice perk - fresh fruit, eggs to order, cereal, waffles, muffins. • staff incredibly friendly, helpful throughout our stay. • AMAZING...

「Lisa is wonderful! We needed to get there early to drop our bags off to go to pirates cove and we were able to. We had a late flight, and were allowed to check out late. Property is great. If you want to relax and not be in a crowd, this is the place. Restaurant is good. Never more than a few people on the clean beach. Frequently windy. Water is a little more rougher than grace bay, but still beautiful. I always stay here one or two nights on my trips to t.c.i. for peace and quite. ...
