Needs an instruction manual left on site with Wi-Fi and other property info and owners expectations of renters during and upon departure. Kitchen counter needs updating and/or repair. 「We stayed in three of the spaces at the Millpond Inn for four nights while attending a family wedding. 「The property was clean. Limited amount of family room and dining spaces. The house is 90% bedrooms and that is it. Not much of anything. Bath room facilities were minimal - no hooks to hang dry clothes, needs a lot of improvements, looks like a dorm bathroom not a luxury one. bedroom linens were kind of old and shabby looking.」
