I like the quiet location of this place. The pool and hot tub is really nice. You can jump into the water from the pier which is really nice. The bar and food are excellent. They were remodeling when we were there and our room wasn't quite put together, but they sorted it out with us an all was well.

The resort is in a great location- we rented a car so we were within minutes driving distance to supermarket, restaurants, tourist attractions (about 15-20 mins to downtown). Having a car is recommended, as everything may be a bit too far for walking. The neighborhood of the hotel felt safe. There is a very small beach area with lounge chairs and umbrellas but you can't go in the water because it's very rocky. We had the standard king room with no view and it was right next to restaurant kitchen (room 104)- not ideal for light sleepers or those that want a more "luxurious feel", you may hear restaurant crew talking and moving furniture outside the room late night. Otherwise room was clean and had essentials. Staff were nice overall. Food at the restaurant at the hotel was okay but a bit pricey.

Resort is remote (more for divers). Besides resort restaurant/bar any other restaurant/bar/shopping is at least 10-15 drive away. Room had issues (broken widow, problematic A/C, dangerous shower), owner admitted that room was to be renovated but they rented away. After 48 hours, and complaining, moved to a renovated room with a non-function bathroom vent fan. It was obvious the resort was trying to renovate rooms/ground while renting to customers. No 24/7 resort Manager/supervisor/person on the resort grounds. The restaurant, not owned by the resort, was very good but with a very limited menu and pricey. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful, the resort staff not so much. Only real perk about booking this resort is that there is a dive shop there if you want to go diving and you get free use of the snorkeling equipment with stay at the resort

The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. I loved the free standing tub. Staff was very helpful. There is a beautiful pool overlooking the beach area with a dock.

Clean and comfortable room. Very helpful staff, they let me chill in an unoccupied room since my flight wasn’t leaving until late. Great symbiosis with the Restaurant (Nova, which is excellent). Really nice to have the dive shop onsite also.

Room issues and no one to talk with to solve. The reception is more like a work storage space and we needed towels, we had a week stay and it was difficult for towels, toilet paper.. NO Microwave . No help with pillow as it was hard and I asked for anything softer and answer was no sorry that they have no spare anything, Asked for blanket too, and no help . I will not go back. Restaurant - separate business was good food and service. The POOL was not fun as your sitting in front of people dining and the Pic is not true to the experience, as the restaurant takes more space than the images show for lounge chairs. there is no where to really walk into the water, and the pier was closed 90% of time , as dive shop removed the planks. WE went to dive - and decided to go to different shop with our car as the Dive center staff was not real keen on staying on top of our already booked dives. We rented a car and went down the road to Dive.

We did not enjoy our stay. We booked a deluxe room expecting the advertised amenities, but many were broken or unavailable. The bathtub leaked badly and did not work, forcing us to use all our towels. Because we arrived Saturday night and reception is closed on Sundays, we had no towels to use the next day. There were also no trash bags, so our waste sat in the room until staff returned and we requested removal. For most of our five night stay, the shower had cold water and very low pressure. We only had hot water toward the end. A plumber was sent the night before our stay ended and told us the tub and shower were not installed properly. The tub remained broken the entire stay. The adjoining room door offered zero privacy. There was no smoke detector, no housekeeping, and the welcome drink advertised was not provided. We were also told we could not open a tab at the restaurant despite the in room menu stating otherwise. A staff member walked into our room while we were sleeping. The curtain rod was broken, there was no safe, and although some issues were eventually addressed, it took repeated nudging and were only resolved halfway through or near the end of our stay. The dock, one of the main reasons we booked, was inaccessible. This was not a hotel experience and felt like a glorified Airbnb at a much higher price. We documented everything and believe future guests deserve transparency.

Everything was great. I was unlucky and got bad weather so the pier wasn’t accessible and there were no chairs on the beach. Other than that, everything was great. The only downside was that the front desk was hard to reach even during opening hours.

Great hotel, with beautiful views. I will say we had an epic fight for towels though and we didn’t see on single staff member the entire stay (over a weekend). If you’re more on the expectant side, I suggest a different location. That being said, I’d go again in heartbeat but I’d bring another towel.

There was a few issues with the room- WiFi connection was awful. There is no elevator for when you are checking in so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. I did bring my complaints forward and got a positive response. (New Room) The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Overall- the place did its job for sleep and shower. If I come back to Grand Cayman- I would not stay here.

This is a beautiful resort. It’s a quiet area within this neighbourhood. The staff are helpful. It’s a 10 minute walk to catch the local bus which cost $2 per trip to go into town and to the beaches. The drivers are very helpful. I highly recommend taking the bus. It’s a really nice ride into town. There is a really nice trail that takes you by the cemetery and the local neighbourhood. I love walking here in the morning. This is a shorter walk to the bus stop too. Just wear sturdy shoes since you are walking in the sand and rocks on the beach.
