"Better than expected! The complimentary shuttle service running every 15 minutes from LAX made arrival seamless, and check-in was quick and effortless. The rooms were a great size—we had both a king and a double—and there’s an excellent variety of food options available downstairs. Despite the hotel being very busy with the World Cup, all staff, including cleaners and restaurant teams, were friendly and attentive. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. Well done!"
