「Stayed for 2 days, used the pools, and had dinner and breakfast onsite. The food was good. Service was excellent. Rooms were clean, well maintained and recently updated. Front desk was weirdly rude. Called multiple times, couldn’t get thru for things (I think that I called and got hung up on 3 different times and had to call back). Asked for shuttle from room to front it never came. Called for amenities that never were delivered. For what was otherwise an amazingly clean and nice...

「My room was not cleaned the during my stay. My bed was not made & trash wasn't emptied. I told staff and they sent someone to clean my room. When I got back the only thing they did was change my towels.」
