「I stayed at this hotel for the first time this time. In the refrigerator, there are paid drinks and potato chips in the same closet. I didn't touch it, but it was added to the fee without permission. I was charged for something I didn't eat, and I felt very uncomfortable. I feel sick when I stay at this hotel. And there is no parking lot in this hotel.」

The hotel is very central within easy reach of the town centre and all the main visitor sites e.g. Menin Gate. The staff are very kind and all speak fluent English. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.」
