We warmly welcome you to our newly built, high-quality vacation rental in the charming town of Wernigerode. Situated in a central yet quiet location, our accommodation offers the ideal starting point for your relaxing vacation.


The apartment can accommodate up to six people in three elegantly furnished bedrooms. Three of the rooms feature a TV with access to Netflix and RTL+. All rooms are furnished with high-quality, solid-wood furniture that creates a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere.

In the fully equipped kitchen, which features a microwave, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a kettle, and a filter coffee maker, you can put your culinary skills to work. The adjacent dining area in the stylish living room is ideal for shared meals and social evenings.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub to meet all your needs.

Outside, a lovingly designed garden with a lounge area awaits you—perfect for relaxing. A seasonal outdoor hot tub (April–October) and a patio with a gas grill are also available for your use.

To ensure a smooth check-in, keys are delivered via a key safe, for which you’ll receive a code in advance.

The surrounding streets (Kohlgarten and Minslebener Straße) offer free parking for guests arriving by car. (Parking directly in front of the apartment is not possible)

Please note that Wernigerode, as a recognized resort town, charges a visitor’s tax (€3.50 per adult, €1.75 per child aged 6–17, and 50% for people with severe disabilities per night). Upon arrival, you will receive the “Wernigerode Ticket,” which allows for free use of public bus transportation in the Harz region. The visitor’s tax must be paid in cash on-site on the first day.
