"As an expedia ueser, we should be made aware if there is renovations ongoing before we book. The staff was amazing and did say there would be comstruction. However, I did not expect to be treated to a rock concert while I stayed there. There was no regard by the workers for anyone in the building, music playing very loud so that every floor could hear. "The first time I stayed there the front desk was busier, but staff stayed positive, polite and courteous even though they were so busy. They let us know within minutes that our room was ok and we could leave. However, the second time we stayed the front desk clerk told us to wait 5 minutes while our room was checked, about 15 to 20 minutes later I walked up to the front desk clerk to inquire as about the room being checked and he stayed that yes it was ok to leave. While I waited I noticed the 2 front desk clerk’s joking around and maybe this is why they didn’t notify me that the room had been checked. This was on Sept 12 2025. "
"We arrived late past 12MN due to our delayed flight and yet we were given a courtesy for us to check out later than their usual check out time for a night stay. That was very considerate of them.

I want to thank the lady staff who was on duty last night. We had a good night sleep. The room, the bed , bathroom were so clean and fresh.
The only negative was the slow drainage on the shower. Other than that, all was well. Will stay longer next time.

"This condo is very beautiful and clean. The beds are comfortable and have high quality linens. I was able to cook in the unit, which was fully furnished with basic cooking items, and there is a little store downstairs for supplies. The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have any problem with the reservation. We had to provide our IDs ahead of time so that the building would allow us in. The building is very strict about admission, so make sure you declare exactly who is in your party ahead of time."
