Ohne große Diskussion hat man uns als Ausgleich ein kostenfreies Getränk an der Bar angeboten. Das fanden wir korrekt und respektvoll. Überhaupt waren alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Da fühlte man sich wirklich als Gast und herzlich willkommen. "

The contract states there is a live in administrator with a dog that uses the upstairs common area, stairs and laundry. Warum läuft da nicht z.b. ein Nachrichtensender, das wäre für alle interessant"
