"The host communication, arrangements and location were all good. The only thing we missed was that there was not a bedroom on the first floor. One of the visitors was 90 years old and the steps were not easy for her. Otherwise, the family had a comfortable stay."

"I would stay in this unit again. We had a couple problems that were remedied quickly. This is an old place that’s been remodeled. The bedrooms are up about 6 stairs, the living area is in the lower level. It has what’s needed for most people. I will say, it’s not great for the elderly. Neither the shower nor bath have a grab bar and the surfaces are slippery. That would be a great upgrade. It is on a dirt road, and there’s quite a bit of washout along the sides of the road. It’s navigable with care. Could use some attention. That said - it’s QUIET. Loved that about the place. No street noise at all. There was a deer out back.It’s just a couple minutes to restaurants and the grocery - in town, but feels like the country. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was ok, but older.The rental company took a 300 deposit and we are a week out now and it’s not been returned yet. "
