This was a nice, comfortable hotel and the breakfast and dinner were both good. They also have parking in the back of the hotel and it's pretty accessible to the hotel itself. Thank you to the staff for a nice stay!

The room was quite small, but perfect for a single person, and the rate was excellent. The desk and restaurant staff were all friendly and professional. I was able to walk to Te Papa and Circa Theatre which was the purpose of my stay and Bay Plaza was the ideal location at a good price.

The room was clean but the furnishing were very dated and in my opinion in need of a facelift. Also the rooms and hallways still have dated carpeting and I also believe these need to be replaced as well. One last point, the windows are older and not soundproof and you could hear the wind throughout the night (i was on the 9th floor)...not a complaint but an observation. The staff were awesome - friendly and very helpful.

The room was lovely the service was great and the view from our window was fantastic. Sadly a wee bit ruined by the lack of sound proofing one night ruined by music and talking to 4am and another by having to listen to a couple having loud sex.
