This level also includes a queen bedroom, a full bath with a tub, a laundry area, and access to an expansive screened porch, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening breeze. Upstairs, the top floor offers two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a queen and and a full bed—along with another full bath.
