総合的にみて非常に良いホテルでした。 シャワーの水圧が弱いことと水や歯ブラシ等のアメニティが無いところだけは不満です。逆に言うと不満はここだけです。 朝食がとても美味しく、部屋は綺麗で清潔で十分な広さがあり、ビクトリア駅に近く非常に便利であったことから必ずまた使うと思います。 とにかくフルブレクファストを食べられる朝食が美味い、うますぎます。

Considering the price and location, the hotel was very good. The room was clean and big enough, and I enjoyed my stay. One thing I would like to request is an improvement in the receptionist's operation. At night I arrived, there was a long queue of people who were waiting to check in or something else, and we were all tired because it was a Friday night, but some hotel guests ignored the queue, and both receptionists responded to them. I thought that was really unprofessional. On top of that, the operation was unbelievably slow. I wonder at least on Friday night if the hotel will add one more person at the reception. Then operation would be much smoother and faster.
