The property was cleaned, but I was having big issues with the water from the shower. Even at the lowest level, it was burning hot. The days have been so hot, I was looking to take a cold shower, and I asked for it to be looked at. They told me it was fixed, but it was not. I called again and the engineer just said that’s the lowest level. It did not make any sense! How can the water from the shower be burning hot, but the water from the sink had both cold and hot water.

The hotel is satisfactory. The public areas are compact, yet tastefully furnished. The room was satisfactory for the price, but it did not stand out. The breakfast restaurant provided excellent service. The barman's Negroni Sbagliato was exceptional. The location of the hotel in the downtown area is not appealing, however, the hotel has no influence over this. Other than that, if you need to stay in this area, it is a reliable choice.
