"The hotel is amazing, beautiful clean rooms and the check in is flawless. The staff is professional and very welcoming. Unfortunately for the Gaming Resort portion, not so much. The staff we encountered were rude and not at all professional. One example is when we stood at the security entrance to the Casino for about 5 minutes while the Guard talked to his friend about upcoming football games."
