Guests will enjoy modern conveniences, including heating, air conditioning, a hair dryer, and an iron. The home features two well-appointed bathrooms stocked with all the essentials for a relaxing stay.

Step outside to a small private dock equipped with a boat lift and jet ski ramp, or bring along your golf cart to explore the local trails and great restaurants.

Unfortunately, owner is allergic to dogs so unable to accommodate animals.

Remove all trash and place in outdoor bins, wash dishes or load/start dishwasher. Remove all food and drinks you brought, Place used towels in bathtubs and keep beds unmade so we know what to wash.

Turn off all lights, fans, TV.'s, and small appliances. Make sure dock is left in the manner when you arrived and al furniture inside and out is returned to original location.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a great waterfront location (canal off the St. John’s River)! The facilities are wonderful for families with children of all ages. The sunrises from the back deck are beautiful!
