"The room was way below standards for a hotel with a brand name like LaQuintia. The room furniture is just awful. Dirty with a stain all over it. The carpet is stained. Seems like every time I stay there it gets worse. The elevators are always an issue. The contractor takes up half of the parking lot with trailer. Time to find a different hotel."

"The room wasn’t clean at all, there was stains on the bed sheets. The tv didn’t work my wife felt something crawling on her at night and the floor had someone’s pressed on nails. There wasn’t any new towels or changed sheets probably one of my families worse experience "

"The condition of the hotel was nothing like the photos shown online. The floors felt uneven, like something underneath the carpet was broken or collapsing. The rooms had multiple stains and smelled strongly of mold. The bed was an old spring mattress that felt extremely hard and uncomfortable. The baseboards appeared to be rotting and had been covered with clear silicone caulk to hide the damage. The bathroom also had several issues. The toilet only flushed once and then took the entire night for the tank to refill. The shower head was heavily clogged with hard water buildup and barely allowed water to come through. The shower itself also had clear silicone applied over areas that appeared to have black mildew or mold underneath. Overall, the property appeared poorly maintained and did not match the condition or quality advertised on the website. The actual hotel experience was completely different from what was represented online."
