"Beautifully peaceful residence. Thought i was in the set of some idyllic film. Had not only my own room but a massive shower and use of the reception/ lounge area The outside was kissed by the sun pn a glorious day with loads of seating areas and the sound of the countryside I sat on a bench with my dog, a cup of tea and a book. Later on I found a brook bubbling around the property. My dog had a lovely adventure exploring the secured property. Miranda gave many options for breakfast- i chose the cooked option. Everything was cooked and displayed to perfection Pure bliss"

"Nice bed and mattress, large room with nice furniture, and the included breakfast had a nice selection and was pretty tasty. Staff sorted early check in to let me change for a wedding, no issues. Free parking."

"Lovely place to stay, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the ones in the courtyard are quite modern. The site is accessible and there is plenty of parking available. All the staff were lovely, but the young man that did our meet and greet was so helpful. Tea, coffee and water are provided in the rooms, and oat milk cartons, which pleased my wife she normally has to request this. The bar has a good selection of beers, including real ales and is used by a lot of the locals, so always a good sign. Without doubt the food at the site is some of the best pub food I have ever eaten, if its available I would highly recommend the Comfit Belly of Pork. The next time we stay we will have to ensure the Pizza Oven in the garden area is available, as I would love to try their Pizzas!"

"Comfortable and great breakfast "

"The cottage was a very conveniently located stay and provided the space for us, a family with 2 children. The space was large enough for us all with a decent sized kitchen space and comfortable bedrooms. The parking is plentiful and finding the place easy. entrance was also straight forward. The house was well equipped in the most part and there was plenty of items to help with meal prep etc. although we did feel a few extra kitchen items would have been useful to aid the stay, in particular and extra oven shelf as there is only one, we felt like there was one missing, and also there were no dishwasher tablets which was disappointing. The bedrooms were comfortable and having two separate bathrooms also beneficial with plenty of hot water. The sitting room was spacious and it was nice having the ease of access to the garden. The TV while not really for us but for the kids was an older design and would benefit from being upgraded. The location is great with easy access into Chichester and then into the South Downs. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend it."
