「Comfortable and great breakfast 」

「This is a fantastic pub to stay and dine at. 4 nights here with wonderfully comfortable and quiet room. Excellent staff, great evening menu and food. Lovely atmosphere. Amazing walking right from the front door, car did not move for the whole time. The breakfast is the only thing that needs attention… the full English is good quality and well cooked but took 30-40 mins to arrive and on cold plates - easily rectified I hope. 「Excellently managed room, secondary glazing so absolutely no noises from the road. Slept very well, but i do think a kingsize bed would fit in the room. 「The hotel was fabulous. The rooms were spacious, the staff were hospitable and helpful. It was very welcoming of our dogs and the food was lovely. It was perfect for a mini break as both mine and my husbands interests were catered for. The Art foundation had a grest exhibition and my husband loved visiting the aerodrome and race track. We loved the spa too.」

「チチェスターの中心部にあって、立地条件的に便利ですが、スタッフのサービスが悪いのには驚かされました。同じ部屋に2泊したのですが、部屋の天井の電灯が点かないので替えて欲しい、ヘアドライヤーが備え付けられていないので貸して欲しい、などの注文を朝出かける前にしたときには、「わかりました。」という返事でしたが、夕方に帰ったら「申し訳ございませんが、目下、天井の電球を切らしておりまして、まだ取り替えられておりません。明日には必ず取り替えます。」とのこと。それに、部屋に入ったら、ヘアドライヤーもなく、ベッドも整えられておらず、前日使用したコーヒーカップも洗浄されておらず、タオルもそのまま、インスタントコーヒーやティーバッグ、お菓子などの補充もされていませんでした。朝食だけは満足できました。」

「The Staff are amazing ! I normally come back to the home (or to the Hotel ) late after work, the night staff are amazing, Billy and Mitch are super friendly, very helpful and great for a bit of a chat. These Guy's have made my stay so nice and welcoming I even call it 'Going Home to the Hotel'.
