The staff was amazing!!! Jenni was super helpful and a pleasure to chat with. Clean and quiet!!! Loved sitting out by the firepit! Definitely will stay here again!

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cherokee / Casino by IHG
Staff very courteous and helpful. There were cobwebs around the top of the ceiling above the bed area. Tub area looked rough. In need of an update. Fireplace in breakfast area didnt work properly. No bacon for breakfast. Overall we would return there again. Thank you.
