「We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild...

「The unit was very clean and conveniently located. I had a few questions for the owner and I messaged him a received prompt responses.」

「The property was good for the price. thank you」

「The location was further away from the strip than advertised the unit was older, though it was clean! The amenities were also dated!Overall I’ll give a 6.5/10 not the worst but certainly not the best either!」

「El sitio muy lindo, comodo, centrico y limpio.」

「Place could have been cleaner, wood floor turned out feet black from walking on it. There was a lot of dust. The plug ins are loose in the bedrooms so it hard to charge your phone. Everything was nice though otherwise. One thing we noticed was there was no toaster or oven pans/ baking sheets. Great location.」

「We loved our stay at this condo! Great location, beautiful place and clean. The pool was also wonderful and my husband had no issues getting in and out of the condo with his wheelchair.」

「Great location, you can walk to Gatlinburg. We saw bears every night. Great communication from the owner, everyone at the property was friendly. I would definitely stay there again next time I go to Gatlinburg.」

「Nice property with great views. One bedroom on main floor, but second bedroom only accessible by spiral staircase. Unit kitchen and trash was not entirely clean upon arrival. Bedrooms and bath were clean. If you are looking for views and close to Gatlinburg, this works.」

「Good location」
